References for Pseudomonsa aeruginosa PAO1 class 1 subcellular localizations

A subcellular localization rating of class 1 indicates that subcellular localization has been experimentally demonstrated in Pseudomonas aeruginosa. In the near future we will be linking annotations for proteins with this class of localization to ePsortDB, a database of subcellular localizations verified by laboratory experimentation. While the decision to classify these proteins as class 1 is largely based on observations reported in peer-reviewed journals, the PubMed IDs may not be stored in the Pseudomonas Genome Database. We are in the process of updating the list of references describing these observations so that these proteins can be added to ePsortDB and linked to from their respective entries in GBrowse and individual gene cards.
