Search log file of updates

You may use this search function to search the log file describing all database updates. It is useful for determining, for example, what annotations were updated when and by whom. Please note: This log file only contains information about the annotation updates made - not all annotation information associated with a particular PA number that was updated. You may wish to additionally search the main annotation database, but limiting your search to just those that have been updated. IMPORTANT CHANGE: Updates to the PAO1 nucleotide sequence

For brevity, the browse updates log does not include annotation updates resulting from computational analyses. These types of analyses are included in the updates returned from queries using the advanced Boolean search form below.

Advanced Search

1) Select genome
