Pseudomonas Genome Database - Participant Login

Participant Login

To ensure that the final Pseudomonas aeruginosa genome sequence has the best possible annotation, a community project has been established to allow Pseudomonas researchers to contribute information and comments about specific sequences. We invite researchers to submit annotations of sequences, proposed nomenclature, sequence corrections, or other relevant information. The submissions will be reviewed by the submission administrators, with reference to an annotation committee, for inclusion in the genome annotation. Submitters will receive full credit for their annotations, which will be recorded with the submitters name(s) and any literature citation(s) in a format similar to a Genbank sequence submission. Additional information can be found in the Get Involved section of this site. This Pseudomonas Community Annotation Project (PseudoCAP) is being led by Dr. Fiona Brinkman and Dr. Bob Hancock, with funding provided by the U.S. Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. For your first submission you will be required to set up a free login ID. A password will be e-mailed to you, which may be changed after your first login. If you have already registered, enter your username and password below.
